Some of my friend asked me many times why do i like Jay Chou very much? hmm.. why not! i think many people--not only asian like me, adored him so much. If you notice him, you will see that he has a very complex, and complete talents, such a rare quality.
Aside from being a very famous singer mainly across asia, he is a very talented actor and director too. Just as we think it's enough, he wrote screenplay too!
Chou formally entered the film industry in 2005 with the release of the movie Initial D (頭文字Ｄ). He has since acted in many other movies, directed one film and more than a dozen music videos. His performance in Initial D won him Best Newcomer Actor in Golden Horse Awards and Hong Kong Film Awards.
Jay Chou wrote and directed "Secret" and its sequel this year. His involvement in American Blockbuster "The Green Hornet" even made him considered as one of the greatest talent from Asia.
As a singer, he is very productive. he wrote most of the song he sings, and directed the music video as well. Many people think he is a control freak, but with such talent and unlimited creativity, i can understand this. :)
so, there's a lot of reason behind my adore. I put him as my role model that someone can be a very multitalented person and still successful in every aspect of his creativity. Impossible is nothing!
He said through one song that "Superman Can't Fly". but i think he flew already, and all of us can fly wherever we want to see the world through our creativity...
